Reflect on something that stands out as a significant success, whether recent or from the past. Dive into the details:

    • Why do you consider it a success?

    • Was there a clear goal or outcome?

    • What contributed to this success? Did your efforts, skills, or the support of others play a role?

    • What personal qualities or strengths did you draw on?

    • What motivated you to achieve it?

    • What lessons did this success teach you about yourself?

2. What has been my greatest challenge?
Think about a major obstacle you’ve faced. It could be external or internal, something tangible or a mindset. Reflect deeply:

    • Why did you perceive it as a challenge?
