Do you ever feel completely overwhelmed and swamped with things to do, yet you’re still not doing enough? Maybe you thought you’d be further ahead in life than you are right now, or maybe you have this list of things you *should* be doing. And it keeps haunting you like crazy, so much so that you cannot focus on anything else. I know this feeling because I experience it on most days.
